Isawhe O. O. Philips is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at DonPhills Foundation and a native of Otor-Iyede, Isoko North Local Government Area to the Isawhe Family. He was born and raised in Ughelli Main Town in Ughelli North Local Government Area, Delta State.

He is a simple man by nature who loves seeing others happy by putting smiles on their faces. Born in 1975, Philips Isawhe is a notable statesman whose philanthropic life is second to none.

Highly respected for his accessibility and humility, he has great respect for constituted authorities and has declined formal and informal traditional titles, even when offered on merit.

With a background of only high school education, his passion for entrepreneurship, business development, and humanitarian aid led him to establish the DonPhills Foundation and many other initiatives to reach out to people in need.
